Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based
Location: Driffield, Albion House
Type: Permanent, part-time (16 hpw), includes day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) [pro-rata] plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as our Supported Living Worker
* Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence
* Support with activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies
* Help attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work
* Support personal care and medication needs as per support plans
* Conduct risk assessments, support planning, and reviews
* Build rapport through conversations and team collaboration
You have
* A Level 2 or above in social care or willingness to work towards it
* Passion for supporting others and attention to detail
* Experience caring for others, either professionally or personally
* Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient
* A flexible and personal approach, understanding individual needs
