The Vacancy

The Vacancy

We are seeking a Used Car Sales Controller for our busy, fast-paced Volkswagen dealership based in Wolverhampton. Although, if you have previous sales experience within the motor trade and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve individual unit and profit targets.
* Build rapport and create a bespoke customer experience.
* Maintain high customer focus levels.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure team is informed.
* Manage sales administration and documentation.
* Advise on accessories, part exchanges, stock value, and mix.
* Support both Sales and Aftersales activities as a team member.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Experience in motor trade sales.
* Proven success in achieving targets.
* Teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
* High standards in customer service.
* Flexible, proactive approach.
* Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
