Position: MEP Project Manager – Main Contractor Location: Kent Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 /annum Package Progression Contract: Permanent, Full Time Are you an MEP Project Manager or a Building Services Manager with experience delivering MEP packages? The Role After a series of project wins an exciting opportunity has arisen at one of UK’s largest tier 1 main contractors. They are looking to recruit a Building Services Manager to play a key role in their construction division working on schemes from £10m - £100m. You will initially be working a £20m healthcare scheme and previous healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential. The Candidate The successful individual will have worked as a MEP Project Manager or Building Services Manager for a top 100 main contractor with experience of new build and/or refurbishment schemes over £10m. You will have experience of taking projects from RIBA Stage 3 through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. Hospital / Healthcare / NHS or similar projects experience would be preferred but not essential. Key Skills * MEP Project Management experience RIBA 3. * Ability to manage stakeholders. * Excellent IT Skills, Numeracy and Communications skills are required. Key Accountabilities: * Manage all MEP (Building Services) works * Coordinate Services within the Building Structure. * Maintain high level of quality.
