Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - Days - Heritage Site - Kew - Up to £45,750
Exciting opportunity to work In House / Client Direct Company in Richmond. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £45,750, further training and career progression.
Duties
* Manage and carry out planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical & electrical plant and equipment
* Heating systems and controls
* Ventilation systems and controls
* Air-conditioning systems and controls
* Comfort cooling systems
* Refrigeration systems
* Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS)
* Water softening plant
* LTHW plant
* RO plant
* Air heaters
* Pumping systems
Hours of work
* Monday to Friday - Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00. Week 3 10:00 - 18:00
* 1 in 3 weekend cover (2 days off in the week that week)
* 36 hour week

Requirements
* Mechanically qualified Level 2 / 3 / HNC / HND
* You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Excellent customer skills
Highly desirable (Not essential)
* Any further qualifications (i.e. Electrical or Air Conditioning etc)
* Experience working in a bank / data centre / commercial Office
* High Voltage - Experience / Qualification - Current or expired
* Previous experience a day and night shift pattern
