Chef de Partie – The Meadowpark, Bridge of Allan
£12.21 Per Hour, Full Time
We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Meadowpark in Bridge of Allan. Set in a stunning listed building, we’re all about great food, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Running your own section in the kitchen, making sure every dish looks and tastes amazing
2. Working with the Head Chef and team to create seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
3. Helping to train and support junior chefs
4. Keeping things organised – from stock control to food safety
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
2. A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food
3. A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
