As a Product Support Operative in our Customer Repair Centre at Newark, you will screen and grade TVs & Monitors returned by customers for resale.
Your responsibilities include conducting detailed testing of products to assess quality and standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
* Grading and screening of TVs and Monitors from various manufacturers
* Factory resetting products as needed
* Handling heavy units and pallets safely
* Complying with health & safety procedures
* Achieving departmental productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
* Basic proficiency with desktops
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internal systems like Myriad, Pie
* Good communication skills for liaising across departments
* Awareness of health & safety and electrical safety standards
