Some children / young people will have suffered adverse childhood experiences, and you will identify their risks and needs, escalating where necessary. The students therefore need a Mental Health Teaching Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge!
