Responsibilities As a Engineering Administrator, youll be the hub between clients, engineers, and internal departments: Manage and nurture client accounts within engineering & manufacturing sectors Coordinate engineers' site visits and prepare client documentation Process technical reports, customer requests, and sales orders Maintain and update CRM records and technical documentation Liaise with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery Handle incoming client communications (calls, emails, in-person queries) Generate and act on daily performance and service reports What Youll Need This role suits someone with experience in technical or operations support who enjoys being at the centre of a busy environment: Strong admin background, ideally within a technical or service-led industry Confident using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting A customer-first mindset and a team player attitude To apply, simply click the apply button.
