This pivotal role will lead the finance function, oversee and enhance financial processes, and work closely with the Leadership team to support and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Role Responsibilities
1. Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop an established finance admin team of four, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Drive Business Growth: Support sustainable growth through sound financial management and insight as a strategic partner to the wider business.
3. Shape Financial Strategy: Provide clear financial direction aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
4. Ensure Robust Financial Governance: Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard business integrity.
5. Achieve Financial Targets: Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed financial goals and performance metrics.
6. Lead Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
7. Reporting Excellence: Deliver accurate, timely management accounts, board reports, and financial analysis.
8. Optimize Cost and Cash Flow: Champion cost control, margin optimization, and cash flow management.
9. Provide Commercial Insight: Use data-driven insights to inform pricing, investment, and operational decisions.
