About the Role
Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a really nice school environment where staff and students thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning
* Assist with classroom management and organisation
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar) is desirable
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
