We are seeking a site-savvy Senior QS to lead projects ranging from £3m to £7m across the Sussex region. This is a dual site and office-based position, perfect for a professional who enjoys being close to the build while maintaining high-level commercial control. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial ownership of your projects. While you will have support from the wider commercial teamparticularly during the procurement phaseyou will be the lead figure on-site. Commercial Management: Full responsibility for CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) and monthly reporting. Procurement: Leading the procurement of sub-contractor packages with internal support. Valuations & Variations: Managing interim valuations and accurately pricing variations to ensure project profitability. Measurement: Carrying out detailed measuring and "taking off" from drawings. Systems: Utilizing the Causeway estimating system to manage project costs (experience with Causeway is a significant advantage). Final Accounts: Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with both clients and subcontractors.
