An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced cancer nurse, fully trained in SACT administration, who is passionate about providing strong leadership to join our team on ward 5a. A fixed term/secondment opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 senior staff nurse to join our friendly, supportive and caring team.
You will be part of an established and dynamic team of nurses who are passionate about giving the best care possible to people with a cancer diagnosis in the Highlands of Scotland. Ward 5a is the dedicated inpatient unit for delivering cancer treatments and managing oncology/haematology patient care. Palliative care is also provided within our ward.
This is an ideal opportunity to progress your career into leadership and management and to enhance the essential skills necessary as a senior staff nurse. You will have a keen interest in supporting and developing junior members of the team in all aspects of cancer care.
