Purpose of the job
To work closely with client account managers andtechnical teams to specify and manage new client implementationsonto Lifestyle Benefits products via automated data exchangeinterfaces.
In addition this role will providetechnical support and first line issue resolution assistanceliaising with the MIS team where necessary.
What youll bedoing:
Takeownership for the delivery of client implementations within agreedconstraints of budget and timescale
Collectunderstand and capture specific technical business and clientrequirements for new interfaces and implementations. Have theability to translate these into specifications test plans andchange requests.
To perform the technical setupconfiguration and verification of all new clientimplementations.
To perform joint testing withclients where appropriate analysing and reporting onresults
Develop excellent working relationshipsand to provide liaison between the business client representativesand development teams.
Provide daily monitoringand control of existing clientimplementations
Analyse data effectively toproduce reports or supporting information to assist in theidentification and resolution of issues or the production ofdetailed statistics.
Effective day to daymanagement of issues and change requests to ensure productimplementations function smoothly
Create statusreports or other appropriate updates as required forstakeholders
Schedule and manage bulk processingtasks
Prioritise log and track issues inalignment with the Collinson methodology
To helpdesign and if necessary execute the test scenarios and testscripts
Contribute to regular Team meetings toensure the correct tasks are being worked on and share keydecisions required risks identified and highlight and issuesencountered
Provide full documentation ofdatafeeds
Work with Internal Product teams todefine requirements for operational processes and perform UAT andregression testing as required
Review currentprocesses and recommend and implement improvements and automationswhere appropriate
Were looking for someone whollideally have:
ITDegree Qualified Desired
Knowledge and experienceof successful project/product implementation in a software deliveryenvironment
Knowledge and experience of thewhole project lifecycle
A good working knowledgeof standard Project Methodologies
Excellentanalytical skills with proven experience of using appropriate toolsand a good working knowledge of SQL
The abilityto demonstrate through examples the effective management ofstakeholder relationships at all levels internally andexternally
Experience of working with applicationand system interface solutions highlydesirable
Excellent written & spokenEnglish & interpersonal communication with exceptionalclient facing skills
Experience working in aregulated environment preferable
Experience ofprojects in Travel Insurance Loyalty and Benefits sectors highlydesirable
