We are currently recruiting for an experience Childcare Lawyer with 1+years PQE to join our client’s multi-accredited practice based in close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.
Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:
Care proceedings
Adoption
Legal Aid applications
Applications for secure accommodation
Public law outline matters (PLO)
Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
Attending court to conduct advocacy
Revoking placement ordersThe Childcare Lawyer Candidate:
Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years + PQE
Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
Shows a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills
IT Proficient
Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlinesBenefits for the Childcare Lawyer Role:
Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer £50,790 - £58,168.75 DOE
