Senior Talent Partnerships Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote | Must be UK based
Salary: £50k + comms
Our client looking for a Senior Talent Partnerships Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships between their talent roster and brand partners. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the creator economy, excels at relationship-building, and can translate talent-led ideas into scalable brand partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead end-to-end talent partnership deals, from ideation and pitching through negotiation, execution, and renewal
* Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with brand partners, agencies, and platforms
* Collaborate with talent managers to identify partnership opportunities aligned with creator brand, audience, and long-term goals
* Create compelling partnership proposals and custom programs that deliver value to both talent and brands
* Negotiate deal terms, including scope, pricing, usage rights, and timelines
* Track performance and provide post-campaign reporting and insights to brand partners
* Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy, social platforms, and branded content
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices across the partnerships team
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 4.5+ years’ experience in talent management & brand partnerships
* A proven track record of securing and managing brand collaborations
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
