We have an exciting opportunity to join our Health & Safety and Customer Operations team as a Compliance Advisor.
This is a permanent, full-time position, supporting the delivery of effective, efficient, and responsive customer service and administrative support across landlord compliance and facilities management activities. This role works on a hybrid basis from Hafod head office.
What you’ll do
You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, and colleagues on landlord compliance and facilities matters, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support in a busy environment.
Reporting to the Property Support Team Leader, you’ll manage enquiries, coordinate contractor meetings, process orders and invoices, maintain compliance records, and update property compliance data. You’ll also support statutory servicing and inspections by arranging remedial works and ensuring all documentation and systems are accurately maintained.

What you’ll need
You’ll have previous office or administrative experience within a customer-focused environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Experience within housing, maintenance, construction, or landlord compliance would be beneficial, alongside knowledge of areas such as gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella, LOLER, or fire safety compliance.
Strong IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-focused, and able to build positive working relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
