Freelance Event Staff Required - Eventurous Ltd
Eventurous are a leading corporate event and team building company. We are specialists in event management services, conferences, AV support and team building activities. We have won awards such as Team Building Company of the Year and Best Sustainability Initiative and we work alongside an impressive portfolio of illustrious clients including, Aldi, NHS, HSBC, JEEP and Amazon.
Due to continued growth we are looking for outgoing freelance event crew to be a part of our well managed events team, to travel, set up and deliver a vast range of activities and events across the country and from our base in the midlands.
Our team are well known for going above and beyond so we are looking for professional individuals who are keen to be part of a successful team to assist in making our events second to none.
About the role:
The roles are varied as are the events. Some events are small, while others are large and complex requiring many crew. One day you could be instructing an outdoor team event and the next facilitating an indoor creative workshop or providing entertainment on a corporate fun day.
We want the right people for the right events so there is something that will appeal to most if not everyone.
We require passionate people that are prepared to get stuck in with the rest of the team on all aspects of the event from set up to pack down and must be of a positive and motivated personality. Most importantly you must be able to engage with corporate clients.
As we operate all over the country, we often need to travel from our HQ in Atherstone in the Midlands, the hours vary depending on travel times and length of events, our pay scale reflects this.
Currently recruiting for freelance event professionals for team building and corporate events. This role doesn't involve work as brand ambassadors, representatives or stewards.
All candidates must be 18+

* Great client interaction and able to quickly build a rapport
* Self-motivated, confident with a can do, professional attitude
* High energy levels
* Be safety conscious with a professional outlook
* Willing to travel and work long hours
* Able to work outside in all weather conditions
* Be a fun and enthusiastic individual
* Full UK Drivers Licence
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
* Experience of a wide range of activities or a specialist in the extraordinary
PAY
£120 + per day for event crew - £150 + for event managers
