Are you looking for a training role with variety, a real sense of personal achievement, and the support of a team of professional HR consultants at the top of their game? Headstogether Consulting Headstogether is a human resources consultancy providing specialist advice and support, on a project-by-project basis, to high profile clients in the public, private, and not for profit sectors. Our training brand Traintogether provides training in people management skills, and designs and delivers bespoke management and leadership development programmes. Some projects are stand alone and some are embedded within wider organisational development programmes. We're now looking for Learning & Development Trainers to work alongside our consulting team. Training Roles That Make a Real Difference Whilst our training courses need to cover a certain amount of theory and best practice, our approach is to focus on practical skills, tools and techniques, whilst also sharing our own personal experiences and those of our consulting team. That way, we make a real difference to the delegates in the room, increasing their confidence, and empowering them to put their newly acquired skills to use back in the workplace. The real difference we make through our impactful training delivery gives our team an incredible sense of satisfaction. Training Roles That Give Real Variety Our training roles offer tremendous variety in terms of our client base, the types of delegates on our courses, and in the material we design and deliver. As an example, we work with all 11 councils in Northern Ireland providing a suite of 17 different training courses. Our courses include how to conduct a workplace investigation, building personal resilience, handling difficult conversations, and how to successfully manage change. You can see more details of our clients on our website. Training Roles Embedded within an HR Team At Headstogether, we're all one team. The experience of our HR consultants feeds directly into our training, which benefits both our clients and our trainers. As a trainer, you'll be working side by side with our consultants on larger organisational development projects. As a wider team we'll always share our learnings and experiences, which has obvious benefits when we're designing and developing course material that's impactful, relevant and up-to date. And in terms of delivery, our trainers can draw on the collective experiences of our consulting team to support their own personal knowledge and experience and their own career development. There's no such thing as a typical Headstogether team member Whether you're coming back to work after a career break, at an early stage in your career and looking to develop, or simply have a passion for delivering training, we'd love to hear from you.
