About you:- We are looking for an individual who has drive, energy, and a passion to manage the Westbourne Inclusion Centre provision on a daily basis by planning and delivering targeted interventions to support students with SEMH and/or ADHD in developing the social, emotional, and behavioural skills they need to successfully access learning. This role will include equipping students with strategies and confidence that will help them regulate their behaviour and engage positively in whole-school lessons. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have initiative and be able and willing to make difficult decisions when required. Previous experience of working with young people is essential and this role requires, a GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a flexible and collegiate approach to working, and show both creativity and resilience in approaching challenges.
