Job Summary
Priory Horizon House is looking for a Deputy Addictions Service Manager. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) is based at the Ransom Road facility in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
* Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.
* Contribute to or be responsible for aspects of service assessment, planning and implementation of support for service users or potential new admissions, ensuring that care needs are met and independence promoted.
* Maintain accurate reports and records to ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory and organisational requirements.
* Implement, embed and sustain governance processes.
* Promote a positive safeguarding and learning culture, encouraging openness, honesty and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Up‑to‑date working knowledge of regulatory and procedural requirements across all aspects of service management and service user support plans.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing key areas of service provision and, in the manager’s absence, taking responsibility for the overall service.
* Understanding of budgets and the ability to develop and implement marketing plans and public relations activities.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
