A new role for an Employment Solicitor (2–4 PQE) with a long-established, recognised firm in Coventry.
You’ll be part of a small, genuinely supportive team and work across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment law, acting for both Claimants and Respondents.
The role is full-time with hybrid working (1–2 days from home) after probation.
Typical work includes:
• Redundancies
• Settlement agreements
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination claims
• Drafting/advising on contracts
• General HR advice
You’ll also support business clients with employment queries, so confidence in handling files independently and being client-facing is key.
What they’re looking for:
• 2–4 years’ PQE (Solicitor or CILEX)
• Comfortable working independently across a varied caseload
• A proactive, down-to-earth approach
• Driving licence and own transport required (due to location)
