Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end customer journeys for parcel drop-offs and collections Develop new services that work seamlessly across web and mobile platforms Manage the product roadmap and backlog for integrations with external partners Implement capacity management systems to ensure availability for customers Lead user journey mapping and stakeholder collaboration across customer-facing and backend teams Drive continuous improvement based on usage data and customer feedback using Agile methods The ideal candidate: 3-6 years experience owning products end-to-end across multiple technical teams Skilled in user journey mapping and scaling customer-facing digital experiences Comfortable managing technical integrations and third-party partnerships Knowledgeable about logistics, fulfilment, or delivery operations at scale Able to balance a customer experience perspective with technical execution Sound like you?
