ASA Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Project Workers who are looking for a minimum of 2 shifts per week to support people who are experiencing homelessness some who have addiction and alcohol abuse issues in and around the Glasgow area.
This isn’t just a job – it’s your chance to help people get their lives back on track, build trust and give something back to the community while being paid to do so.
You will be working with individuals, empowering them through life skills, development, and tailored support plans.

The Role:
Build trusting relationships with people and provide a safe, non-judgmental space.
Help people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies.
Assist with goal setting, employment, and personal growth.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them access safe housing, healthcare, and social services.
Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
