Operations Manager

The right person is an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager who will:
* Direct and manage Real Estate and Consumer Loan Operations
* Oversee the day-to-day management of debit and credit card programs
* Manage all electronic services operations such as online and mobile banking, mobile deposit capture, bill pay and wire transfers
* Serve at the Internal Systems Administrator who works directly with 3rd party vendors to coordinate updates
* Manage the Collections function of the Credit Union
This person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience, a minimum of two years of previous management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and an Associate degree in Business or equivalent experience/education. We think this is a unique job for a unique candidate whose skills are well-rounded, who understands the complexities of working in a small organization, and whose passion is providing accurate and outstanding service! While we love sales, we start with service.
