Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of parts for powder coating and wet spray * Surface prep and masking of unpainted areas * Hanging parts efficiently, setting up spray guns and applying powder coat evenly using electrostatic equipment * Managing colour changes during the process * Loading coated items into ovens and baking at specified temperatures and times * Inspecting finished products for consistent thickness, coverage and defects; performing first-piece and in-process checks * Setting up, cleaning and performing basic maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters and ovens * Following the companies powder coating preparation process * Maintaining a clean, tidy work area * Good timekeeping and reliability The Ideal Candidate: * Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work * Can follow processes and instructions accurately * Reliable with a strong work ethic To apply or for more information, please contact Tom Apex Resources today...
