Join to apply for the Customer Service Assistant Call Centre role at Serco.
Location: Stromness, Scotland, United Kingdom. This is a permanent, full-time role based on a 35-hour per week rostered shift pattern.
Responsibilities
* Make customer reservations by telephone and email.
* Provide high-quality customer service and support the effective running of the department as part of a team.
* Deliver a positive passenger experience for NorthLink Ferries customers.
* Adhere to the business’s Health, Safety and Environment policies.
Qualifications
* Good communication skills with the public and team members; confident using a phone and computer system.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow standards.
* Team player with a can-do attitude, initiative, and ownership, with a focus on personal development.
* Willingness to work within Serco values of Trust, Care, Innovation and Pride.
