The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a position for a Field Trainer in the North region, supporting our brands Rabanne and Carolina Herrera. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Sunday) involves representing Puig and its portfolio, connecting the brand with customers, and coaching in-store teams to maximize their capabilities in link selling, cross-selling, artistry, fragrance storytelling, and product knowledge.
This field-based role covers the North, with regular travel to store locations in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle, and Edinburgh.
Your responsibilities include delivering selling ceremonies and service that exceed brand expectations, ensuring Beauty Advisors (BAs) feel confident and committed to excellent customer service. You will be targeted on regional results, set standards by example, onboard new staff, and support recruitment through trade tests.
You will also increase brand awareness via social media, support brand and PR events, create looks for launches, conduct follow-up training, and support seasonal activities. Achieving sales targets, collaborating with the Business Manager (BM) and Area Manager (AM), and driving team performance are key aspects of this role. Focus on building long-term customer relationships through clientelling and animations to increase Customer Lifetime Value.

* Strong background in luxury beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics, with retail, education, or training experience.
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop in-store teams in link selling, cross-selling, artistry, and storytelling.
* A sales-focused mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving regional performance.
* Experience delivering impactful training both on-counter and in classroom settings.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, confident in leading by example and building relationships.
* Experience supporting in-store events, brand activations, and launches.
* Confidence using social media to enhance brand awareness and grow professional presence.
* A passion for clientelling and customer relationship building.
* A collaborative, adaptable approach to work with Business and Area Managers to drive success regionally.
