Joloda Hydraroll is expanding its fabrication team due to continued growth and investment, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our modern Anglesey manufacturing facility. The Role
As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components used within our loading systems. Working from technical drawings, you will ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
* Carrying out MIG welding (with occasional TIG welding) on bespoke and production components
* Using hand and power tools including 4.5" and 9" grinders
* Deburring and finishing components using grinders, linishers and belt sanders
* Inspecting finished work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
* Supporting problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Essential requirements:
* Level 3 Fabrication & Welding (City & Guilds) or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience following completion of an apprenticeship
* Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience
* Ability to work confidently from technical drawings
* Experience using inspection tools such as verniers and gauges
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* A reliable, safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude

Day Shift Options
* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
* Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
OR
* Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
* Friday: 07:00 – 12:30
Night Shift
* Monday – Thursday: 16:30 – 01:00
* Friday: 12:30 – 18:00
This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site at our Anglesey manufacturing facility, with all work completed on-site (no travel or site installations required).
