Project Administrator

Location: Bridgewater

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Project Administrator to start on Hinkley Point C in Bridgewater.


Responsibilities:

1. Organize diaries, schedule meetings, and manage attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM.
2. Attend meetings, draft, and distribute minutes to all team members.
3. Keep records of actions and ensure completion within required timescales.
4. Manage and route office communications, letters, and documents to ensure timely receipt by the appropriate personnel.
5. Prepare, print, and file records to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
6. Collate, update, and manage information according to documentation protocols and systems (SAP, CEMAR, ProArc, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
7. Work proactively with the Leadership and Management teams, providing support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
