About the Role
This Personal Assistant/Support Worker role involves supporting an intelligent young man with autism who enjoys walks, visiting parks and beaches, and attending discos and concerts. Your responsibilities include helping him access the community, promoting his independence, and ensuring care is provided respectfully and in line with his needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Kind-hearted with a genuine interest in making a positive difference
* Experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Support Worker
* Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties, or epilepsy
* Self-motivated, flexible, and able to use initiative
* Caring and sensitive to individual needs
* Full driving license
