Team: Workforce Learning & Development


What You’ll Be Doing

As Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—managing finance, administration, building facilities, and a small team of support staff. You’ll play a key role in:

* Overseeing financial systems and budget reporting
* Driving business development and marketing initiatives
* Managing building safety and compliance
* Leading and developing a team of Learning and Development Support Assistants
* Supporting service improvements and customer engagement

We need someone who’s:

* Confident with and experienced in financial systems and budget management
* Skilled in team leadership and staff development
* Proactive in identifying new business opportunities
* Experienced in facilities and health & safety management
* Passionate about delivering high-quality support services
