About The Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Liaison Officer to join Nottingham City Council Housing Services within our Assets team. This role is central to ensuring residents are supported, informed, and listened to throughout improvement works, with a strong focus on Damp & Mould and Legal Disrepair programmes. Acting as the key point of contact, you will build positive relationships with tenants and leaseholders, coordinating communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams. You will support the delivery of works by managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring concerns - particularly around damp, mould, and disrepair - are handled promptly, sensitively, and in line with policy and legislation. You will play a vital role in improving customer experience by gathering feedback, providing complaint resolution, reducing access issues, and contributing to service improvement through data and insight. The role involves regular site visits, customer engagement activities, and close collaboration with project teams. What were looking for: The ideal candidate will have: 1. Able to demonstrate skills to improve services and performance for our tenants and leaseholders. 4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet software packages. 5. Able to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner. 6.
