If yes, this could be the role for you! St Helens College has an exciting career opportunity within the Learner Support Department, as an EHCP Co-Ordinator. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the process of reviewing and maintaining Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) by working closely with students, their families, curriculum colleagues and external agencies as prescribed by the SEND Code of Practice. The role will also involve working alongside the Learner Support Manager, to ensure the needs of students with EHCPs are being met and they are successfully working towards their outcomes. The ideal candidate must have: Successful experience in the operational processes of maintaining and reviewing EHCPs Successful experience of working with students with SEND Up to date knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and associated EHCP/funding A Vocational/academic qualification at level 3 or above Successful experience in working with outside agencies to support the education, health and care needs of students.
