Now experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Administrator to support with the growth of our wholesale business. Working across the B2B retail sector with both Digital and Bricks & Mortar retailers of varying sizes, your role will be to support the Head of Wholesale to win, retain and grow this area of the business. From order management and customer service to onboarding and account development, this is an exciting role for a proactive individual looking for a role in a small and friendly team, where their contribution highly is visible.
The role will begin with an administrative phase, where you will learn the structure of the business from the ground up, learning and supporting our sales processes. We have significant growth plans over the next 5 years and are looking for a sales-driven individual to support this growth, with a view to developing their role in line with our business.

As a recent graduate, you will have some work experience to date, although specific sales experience is not required. You’re able to work in our central Bath office 3 days a week, as well as take part in events and customer visits when required (a driving license is preferred).
Customer service and account support for wholesale partners
· Order processing and invoicing across all sales channels and Xero accounting software
· Problem solving, identifying order and account issues and providing solutions
· Ad hoc tasks relating to wholesale partners’ needs and processes, such as updating product lists and catalogues
· Work collaboratively with other departments in the business including Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to ensure B2B sales opportunities are maximised
· Support the Head of Sales with customer outreach
· Reporting skills - Excel knowledge essential
· Prepared to challenge and be flexible
· Instinctive sales and customer management skills
· Valid UK Driving License preferred
