Your new role
The vacancy is managing the AP and AR processes and rent for a number of their clients and will include staff training, setting targets, SLA's, KPI reporting, business partnering, risk/change management and process improvement. You will be managing 3 teams with a total of 25 staff. There is an opportunity to move up to Director level within two years.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a track record in staff management (large teams), AP and AR, building relationships, setting SLA's and assessing risk within a large organisation and/or team. You will be able to assist with targeting new clients and be strategic in your approach. This role is not for someone who is an AP or AR manager but rather someone that has already reached a higher operational level and is highlymercial.
