Job Summary
This role will be working with Deal Management Senior Manager and Manager to provide pre and post Sales support for the team across all linear, SVOD and transactional media, working to provide accurate availability and deal information to front line sales and clients (where applicable). The candidate will interpret deal terms, accurately record deal information, and work closely with team members and other departments to trigger all post‑sales activities.
About the Role & Team
The role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with alternative Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
* Deal & Client Data Administrator.
* Regional expert and point of contact for active and historical deals on assigned cluster of territories & clients.
* Territories/Windows Expert.
* Provision of information about programming & product to relevant parties.
* Accurate and timely recording of all components of deal information (and amendments) in the systems.
* Ownership of building availability lists for Sales.
Pre‑Sales Coordination
* Work from complex system data to create product availability lists for Sales team, other internal members & external parties. Build from the information on programmes to suggest title and thematic recommendations to encourage incremental sales.
* Liaise with Burbank on additional title approvals and rights queries and track through Airtable.
* Input deals into Rightsline, based on information supplied by Sales and/or Legal. Gather deal information, interpret it and record details of the deal in the system, updating client, product availability & other relevant data.
* Align with legal team on corresponding contracts or amendments ensuring that payment terms, exhibits and all other details match system entry.
* Liaise with tech servicing regarding availability of dub/sub tracks where applicable and support subsequent asset retrieval.
* Use pivot tables to analyze historical sales data from Microstrategy and Rightsline to provide guidance to Sales on new deals and pricing logic.
* Maintain strong knowledge of latest Content Sales guidelines and demonstrate compliance with deal approval in KIWI.
Post‑Sales Coordination
* Undertake required post‑sales activities, recording any amendments to the deal in the system to provide accurate, up‑to‑date data for other business users.
* Align with legal team on corresponding amendments and legal notification letters ensuring payment terms, exhibits and all other details match all amended system entries.
* Identify outstanding client selections, life of series commitments and TBA availability dates, and work with Sales and Deal Management Manager to ensure all client licensing obligations are met.
* Notify clients of amendments/avails promptly for all deal types.
* Keep all data required for transactional deals (rate card, pricing levels, age ratings, client specific data) in the TAP system as required.
* Update client systems (Falcon) in relation to transactional title availability as required.
* Closely monitor the payment status of client invoices and actively participate in Accounts Receivable calls to resolve billing concerns.
Other General Activities
* Contribute to forecasting and AOP using regional expertise to inform upcoming commercial opportunities.
* Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross‑functionally with members of the Territory Cluster.
* Support Sales colleagues and customers as required in territory.
* Support Country Manager on ad‑hoc requests including local territory information.
* Contribute to summaries of team achievements with presentations to internal stakeholders and senior management.
* Adhere to defined business processes, seeking opportunities to improve such processes where available.
* Continuously develop knowledge of the product slate, media types & the territory environment (including customers & market dynamics).
* Participate in and provide support in client meetings (virtual & in person) and build relationships with client counterparts.
* Occasional travel and market attendance; attend Deal Management Summits with EMEA colleagues.
* Attend product update calls to become an expert on all content and promote it to internal and external stakeholders when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience working in an international environment, preferably in linear TV, SVOD and/or transactional content distribution.
* Knowledge of TV, SVOD and/or transactional rights.
* Knowledge of Deal Structures.
* Ability to quickly pick up detailed Product knowledge.
* Understanding of Availability Lists.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience maintaining ongoing reports.
* Strong IT skills/database experience, particularly in Excel and use of AI to create Deal Profile Summary Production.
* Excellent level of Word and Excel; PowerPoint useful.
* Proactive and flexible approach with ability to react quickly.
* Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
* Ability to multi‑task and adapt priorities as business objectives evolve.
* Ability to anticipate requirements and act accordingly.

* Russian language skills advantageous.
