£30,000 to £33,500 Per Annum + Company Bonus

Our client, a well established and fast growing company, is currently looking to hire an Administrator in the Basildon, Essex area. The company offers vehicle servicing, repair and runs an MOT centre.
Responsibilities:
* Update record history, bookings and work in progress
* Ensuring work reports are processed efficiently
* Update service lists
* Organise engineer diaries
* Process subcontractor jobs in line with supplier contracts and agreed rates
* Obtaining quotes for repairs where required.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience working in similar role, within a similar industry
* Well organised
* Friendly personality
