Job Title: Line Chef

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and company standards
* Ensure all food preparation and cooking is of high quality and follows food safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
* Manage and stock inventory of ingredients and cooking supplies
* Assist in the development and creation of seasonal menus
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
* Follow proper plating and presentation techniques to enhance the overall guest experience
* Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
* Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Line Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or related field
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
