Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional with a strong background in renewals and client management? We’re partnering with a respected insurance brokerage in Orpington to find a Senior Commercial Renewals Account Executive to join their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for its exceptional client retention, professional culture, and long-term stability. You’ll manage your own portfolio of commercial clients, deliver first‑class service, and play a key role in driving renewal success and growth.

The Role
* Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and handle the full renewal process.
* Negotiate renewal terms with insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for clients and the business.
* Prepare market presentations and renewal reports to support account executives.
* Conduct mid-term adjustments and ensure policy documentation accuracy.
* Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
* Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently.
* Cross‑sell and identify opportunities for additional cover or services.
* Share ideas for process improvements and contribute to team success.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking (broker or insurer background).
* Proven track record in renewals and client retention.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
* High attention to detail with excellent time management.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
* Organised, proactive, and customer‑focused approach.
