The Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality paint finishes on a variety of EVs and hybrids, playing a vital role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards. From surface preparation to final application, your work will directly contribute to our exceptional repair quality. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare vehicle panels: cleaning, sanding, masking for paint * Mix and match paints accurately for flawless colour matching * Apply paint using spray guns in a controlled booth environment * Ensure every job meets strict quality control standards * Work closely with the team to meet productivity and quality targets * Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area About You We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Paint Technician who takes pride in delivering flawless finishes.
