National Automotive Fleet Business - Head Office Environment Duties of a Technical Support / Vehicle Off Road Executive: Managing technical queries with Customers over the phone VOR case management to reduce costs as much as possible Interaction with clients and maintaining account relationships Technical information/advises support to customers Part Expedition.
