Senior Repairs Planner – The Regenda Group
Role Overview
As a Senior Repairs Planner you will be responsible for managing the electronic scheduling system, ensuring appointments are made and maintained, monitoring and updating appointment views, and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focus maintenance service that complies with safety and building legislation.
You will ensure operatives communicate progress promptly and accurately, allowing work to be scheduled in view of customers’ requirements. The role requires strong communication with operatives, staff, managers and customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage the electronic scheduling system.
* Ensure appointments are made and kept.
* Monitor and keep appointment views up to date.
* Provide customer‑focused maintenance service in compliance with safety and building legislation.
* Ensure operatives communicate progress accurately for scheduling.
* Maintain high standard of customer service through effective communication with operatives, staff, managers and customers.
Qualifications & Skills
* Good working knowledge of Orchard Housing, DRS and Agile365.
* Administrative experience is advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
* Keyboard skills and knowledge of Windows, specialist supportive software, vehicle tracking and management systems.
* Technical knowledge associated with gas and electrical cyclical servicing and repairs.
* Experience in a customer‑facing environment, specifically in construction/maintenance.

Working Hours & Conditions
* Full‑time (37 hours) or part‑time with flexible working patterns available.
* St Helens office base with hybrid working.
* Permanent role.

£31,784 (FTE)
