Supply Heroes are recruiting for a full-time, long-term Year 6 Teaching Assistant / Class TA to join a welcoming school in Erdington, starting in January.
You will support classroom learning, assist with targeted interventions, and help pupils reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to provide support where it’s most needed and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Year 6 pupils in class and with targeted interventions

Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Helping pupils stay focused and achieve their learning goals

Supporting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience working in primary school (preferred)
*
Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning - or anything similar or quillivant
*
Ability to support targeted interventions
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Friendly, patient, and adaptable approach
*
Reliable and committed to a long-term role
