You will be an integral part of the companies HR agenda, with the backing of a strong, supportive HR Team you will have opportunity to influence and develop transformation.
What this role will involve?
1. You will be essential in the development of HR offering during period of acquisition and internal growth.
2. Lead HR integration and development across multiple sites, across the East of England (Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Essex) from the implementation of new HR systems to streamlining of HR processes.
3. Support acquisition integration via TUPE, baseline HR audits, and effective change management.
4. You will be an integral person for the leadership team across your region representing the people offering.
5. Lead ER cases, organisational design, restructuring and employee engagement strategies.
6. Drive performance management, coaching and development
7. Deliver onboarding, talent development, and competency frameworks aligned to growth.
