* Monday to Friday - 07.30 to 16.30
* Alternate Weekends on call
Required Qualifications/Experience:
* Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
* Experience in a care/nursing home setting is essential.
* Experience in a deputy/manager role is essential.
* A good understanding of HR processes is essential.
* NVQ 4 or higher in Health and Social Care is preferable but not essential.
