Our client are seeking a Bid Writer to join their expanding bids team, providing invaluable support in crafting compelling and effective bids in the Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
 * Develop, write, and deliver persuasive and successful bids within the Healthcare industry.
 * Work collaboratively with the Sales team to understand and respond to customer needs.
 * Manage the bid process to ensure deadlines are met.
 * Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy and quality.
 * Conduct research to ensure proposals are factually correct and competitive.
 * Work with various departments to gather necessary information for bids.
 * Maintain and update a library of standard bid content for reuse.
 * Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous bid improvement.
Qualifications
 * 2+ years experience in a Bids role, ideally focusing on Bid writing
 * Knowledge of NHS frameworks is beneficial - but not essential.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred, but not essential.
 * A proven track record of writing successful bids.
 * Strong research and analytical skills.
 * An ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 * Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
