Position
As an Area Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a professional and high-performing team, while working closely with the wider management team to drive success and achieve key objectives. You will provide on-the-ground support to empower our dedicated team of Wardens who cover the East London and Essex area.
Responsibilities and Duties
To support their Area Manager and the wider team to achieve key business targets.
To competently support the team by providing training and constructive feedback.
To consistently achieve against KPI's
To work collaboratively with your team to ensure best practise is shared
To efficiently plan routes with the use of navigation apps and knowledge of the region
To patrol car parks in your designated area
To issue Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles as per site specifications
To work with members of the public in a professional manner, even in confrontational situations
To provide ideas to support the continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems.
To act as an initial point of contact for queries from the team.
You
A hard working and motivated individual
Adaptable to changing plans and team requirements
An excellent communicator, at all levels and through various methods
Must be able to legally live and work in the UK
Able to travel extensively in your team's area which cover inner and outer East London and across Essex

The Shifts
Shift times will vary to cover 6am -2pm, 2pm - 10pm and evenings. You will work 40 hours in a 7-day period on a set rota basis.
Weekends availability is required as this is a busy time. All shifts will part of your rota, so full flexibility is required.
The Pay
The salary is £27,500 per annum, for those living in Essex. If you live within London., the salary is £29,000. You will also have the ability to earn Warden bonus through PCNs issued.
Mileage is paid at 0.25p per mile.
