This role has become available due to continued internal growth, and offers the perfect opportunity for an already experienced Sales Administrator to join a forward thinking, ever-growing business. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for; Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high levels of customer service at all times Responding to any enquiries regarding products, delivery time frames and pricing Briefing customers on new product launches Processing customer orders through the system Aiming to increase order values to maximise sales Liaising with finance, manufacturing and warehouse teams We are seeking a Sales Administrator with; Circa 5 years of experience processing customers orders Confidence with pricing queries (Calculators permitted) Strong organisational skills High levels of customer service Ability to grow customer relationships further Able to be based on site in Ascot 4-5 days per week In return for your work as a Sales Administrator, you will be offered; A highly competitive salary of up to £30,000 (DOE) Generous company pension scheme Enhanced holiday allowance Private health care Full training and on boarding support Warm and friendly office environment Please apply for the role if it is of interest
