TheServices Engagement department is a newly created team to support sales with the resourcing of all our Services Towers.

Your Role As part of a growing team, you'll have plenty of opportunity to contribute to improvements in process and efficiency, through innovation and idea sharing.
* Advising internal customers on the correct resource for a project, whether an internal consultant or third party
* Scheduling andcoordinating engineers for projects and presales engagements; booking in admin and training days
* Ensuring engineers scheduledhave the appropriate skills to meet customer and account manager expectations
* Assisting with costrecovery and invoicing consultants' time
* Keeping the Resource Desk documents and systems up to date

* Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport, with a focus on customer service
* Willingness to learn about the ins and outs of Services and becoming an expert in your field
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Desire to help people all over the business and willing to go above and beyond to build an appropriate solution
