As aSupervisor Training Officerat Sodexo, based inHaywood Hospital,you’ll lead the delivery of learning and development activities for Sodexo staff on site. This role ensures all training is aligned with internal policies and client agreements, while also providing accurate and timely management information in line with agreed formats and deadlines. You will also play a key part in supporting the delivery and promotion of Health and Safety standards across the site. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do: Deliver learning and development activities in line with Sodexo policy and project agreement requirements Ensure all training meets agreed standards, content, and compliance guidelines Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops (in person and virtual) Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venues, and participant registration Maintain accurate training records and provide timely management reports Support the L&D Manager with training needs analysis, programme development, and evaluations Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, embedding a Zero Harm mindset in all training Build effective relationships with site teams, clients, and stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement What you bring: Essential Proven experience delivering training or learning and development services Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to influence performance and outcomes at peer level Relevant qualifications (GCSEs/A Levels or equivalent experience in a training role) Experience working to strict KPIs and contractual requirements Desirable Accredited L&D qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3) Experience supporting multi-service learning and development environments Knowledge of staff mobilisation and onboarding processes Skilled in facilitation techniques, including coaching approaches Experience contributing to the development and improvement of a training function What we offer: Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a difference every day.
